The Drakeford Company's new project in the Uptown neighborhood called Greenville is about to begin sales in the next week. This new project will consist of two and three-bedroom townhomes priced from the $180's. Three different floor plans will be available in this complex that is the first of several developments coming to the area. The sales process will begin with a reservation period that will require a $1,000 fully refundable deposit should the buyer not go to full contract later in the process. The first phase of sales will allow buyers to reserve units in the front half of the complex at a discounted price.
The complex will consist of a two-bedroom 2.5 bath floor plan that will measure in around 1,400 sf and will be priced from $185k. 6 of the units will be available with a 2-car garage for an additional $15k.
A three bedroom floor plan will be available that will measure in around 1,900sf and will be priced from $225k. The 2-car garage will also be available for this floor plan for approximately $15k as well.
The last product available in this development will be a stacked townhome that will measure in just under 1,200sf and priced in the $170's.
The complex will consist of 82 units with 1.8 parking spaces per unit. A 10,000 sf commercial space targeted for neighborhood services will be developed in conjunction with this new community.
Just a half-mile from the Uptown, this area will also soon see the redevelopment of the Double Oaks Apartments that is on approximately 30 acres and the opening of the NC Music Factory (www.ncmusicfactory.com).
