Novare Group Names New Third Ward Tower...Catalyst

The Novare Group( who developed Avenue Uptown which is sold out) is planning a two residential towers in the Third Ward next to the new baseball park and city park. The tower will be 27 stories 462 units and will feature all of the typical "Novarities". They will have a pool and activity deck, clubroom, fitness center, and street-level retail. Finishes will be standard granite, hardwoods, floor to ceiling glass, balconies...just like Avenue except less expensive--at least that's what they are saying now. Prices are expected to start in the high $100's and go to the mid $400's. Catalyst will have 1 Br, 1BR + Den, and 2BR floor plans.

Novare is planning on cutting cost on this condo by building the parking deck outside of the structure and having a walk-way into this building as well as to the other buildings that will be part of this development. They are also talking about building a hotel/condo called Twelve although there hasn't been much mention of it lately. They are saying they will build a 375,000 sf 15 story office tower that will be next to Catalyst so it will be interesting to see the final design plans. Right now, it looks like the site will have 1 condo tower, 1 office tower, and 1 parking deck...
