The building will feature an amenity deck to likely include, "a pool, pool-side cabanas, club/social room, demonstration kitchen with private dining area, theatre room, wine vault, fitness center, plus a concierge at the main entrance."
A 5% deposit will be required to contract units for owner occupants and 10% for investors. The building is scheduled to be completed in 2010.
