300 South Tryon-- Coming Soon!

Spectrum Properties' much anticipated new 150 unit building located in the heart of the Uptown at the corners of 3rd and Tryon St will soon begin sales. With sales set to commence in the next 45 days, further details of the building are being released in the coming weeks. Renderings of the interiors have just been released and will be soon followed by floor plans.

The building will feature an amenity deck to likely include, "a pool, pool-side cabanas, club/social room, demonstration kitchen with private dining area, theatre room, wine vault, fitness center, plus a concierge at the main entrance."

A 5% deposit will be required to contract units for owner occupants and 10% for investors. The building is scheduled to be completed in 2010.

The building will also contain retail, office, and Club 300 (Spa and Fitness) will occupy the bottom levels of the building. The residnets will occupy floors 17 to 33--high above the surrounding buildings.
