TradeMark, David Furman's latest high-rise, is Boulevard Centro's greatest accomplishment thus far. It is wrapping up construction and the first units begin occupancy in the following weeks.
TradeMark is a 28-story residential tower with approximately 200 units ranging in size from 760to over 1,800sf. The building features a pool deck overlooking the future baseball park, community room, and fitness center. The building is located on the border of 3rd and 4th Ward on Trade St next to the Federal Courthouse.
There are 17 units remaining for purchase from the developer. Prices start at $301k for 991sf for a 1BR + den, and go up to $730k for 1,827sf for a 2BR + den.
The views of either the 3rd or 4th Wards are amazing from each unit. David Furman has done an incredible job on these units. His quality of finish seems far superior to his last high-rise Courtside. Tours are available upon request.
As this first residential high-rise begins occupancy, this new lifestyle will usher in a new era of living expectations in the Uptown.
