High-Rise Living

As the tallest residential tower begins to be occupied by residents, the amenities of a high-rise in the heart of the city redefines the Uptown living experience. The Avenue is the first tower in the Uptown to offer all of the amenities that one might desire in a condo. At a recent sneak-peak, those elements were on display. The following is are snap shots of the building's amenities.

The first amenity that stands out as distinctive is the community room. This room features a pool table, poker table, plasma TV with Xbox and PS2, bar, and media room pictured below:
