North End Square in the News

The Greenville townhome development by The Drakeford Company received media coverage this last week for the street naming/dedication ceremony that was held on the site of the development.


The devleopment, slated at 78 townhomes will feature 3 different floor plans with 2/3 bedrooms priced from $180's.


The development will feature traditional townhomes that will be approximately 1,400sf priced from $180k with sides and front of brick, optional garages, and private patios. The rendering below is the style of the traditional townhomes.




The development will also feature stacked townhomes that will be around 1,200sf. These townhomes will be 2 two-level units stacked on top of each other. One unit will be accessable from the street with the other units accessed through a shared stairwell. The rendering below shows the style of the units that will be priced from the $170's.



The development will also feature a commercial building that will be designed to provide much needed neighborhood services like dry cleaning and neighborhood diner.
