Uptown Charlotte's newest high-rise condominium is scheduled to begin sales on November the 3rd.
Officially, the sales center is opening to the public on the 5th but a silent opening is scheduled for Saturday morning the 3rd.
This high-rise will be a mixed use development that will be 30 stories tall with retail, commercial office space, and condominiums sitting atop. The condos will feature balconies, modern finishes, floor to ceiling glass, and community features. The building will be located on the South West corner of Tryon and 3rd next to the new 5 acre park and a block from the new baseball stadium scheduled to open in 2009.
