Eastern Federal Corporation has announced their plans for the Manor House Apartment site that they purchased and demolished 2 years ago. Eastern Federal will partner with Crosland to develop this premier site in Myers Park.
The development, called Tranquil Court on Selwyn, will consist of a four-story building and a five-story building that will include 112 residential units in all. The taller of the buildings will be a mixed-use commercial building that will offer more than 62,000 sf of retail and office space as well as a restaurant and boutique shops.
The project will utilize a light-reflective “cool roof” roofing system for energy efficiency. The building will be access-controlled with underground parking for residents at a ratio of one space per bedroom.
Units are slated to be priced from the $170's. With 62 floor plans, each unit will offer a uniqueness that may be refreshing to those looking for something a little different.
